Items may be exchanged within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases and from the date of delivery for online purchases. Exchanges must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations. All exchanges must be accompanied by original packaging. Discounted items, lingerie, shapewear & swimwear are not eligible for exchange.
There will be no refund provided for online return items unless there is a mistake done by our end and only applicable to exchange or redeem the amount through vouchers.

2. **Spandex**: When dealing with items containing spandex, it's best to hand-wash them in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid wringing out the garment. Instead, gently squeeze out excess water and lay it flat to dry.
3. **Cotton**: For cotton garments, we recommend machine washing with warm water and a gentle detergent. Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry to maintain the fabric's integrity. Iron on a medium to high heat if needed.
4. **Silk**: Silk items should ideally be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid soaking and wringing. Gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry. Iron on a low setting if necessary.
5. **Wool**: When it comes to wool, we advise hand-washing in cold water with a gentle detergent specifically designed for wool. Avoid wringing and instead gently press out excess water. Reshape the garment while damp and lay it flat to dry.
6. **Denim**: In the case of denim items, machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent. To retain the color, turn inside out before washing. Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry to prevent shrinking.
7. **Zippers**: For garments with zippers, ensure that the zipper is closed before washing to prevent snags. If the zipper becomes stuck, gently wiggle and straighten the fabric around it to release it.
8. **Buttons**: To maintain the appearance and function of we advise fastening them before washing. This will protect both the buttons and the garment from damage. If any buttons become loose, sew them back on promptly to prevent loss.
